Role Focus

This position combines independent marketing activity with structured communication and onboarding responsibilities.

Successful candidates will be responsible for managing their own outreach and application flow, as well as supporting prospective and new participants through defined engagement processes.

This is a self-directed, results-oriented role requiring sound judgment, professional communication, and strong personal accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing individual marketing and outreach activities within company guidelines
  • Reviewing incoming applications to assess suitability and alignment
  • Conducting structured conversations to determine program fit

Compensation & Structure
