Warranty Administrator

Full Time: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm + 2 Saturdays/month (8am–4pm, Apr–Sept)

Warranty Administrator
who can keep our manufacturers happy, our paperwork spotless, and our team running smoothly. Sound like you? Let's talk.

What You'll Do

  • Submit claims to manufacturers and extended warranty companies for approval
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with warranty partners
  • Track, organize, and follow up on pending claims
  • Assist the service team with Service Advisor duties
  • Communicate clearly with technicians, advisors, and customers when needed

What It Takes

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Experience in warranty, administration, or RVs is an asset, but we will train the right person
  • CDK experience is an asset
