The Position:

  • Working on a fun, competitive team where you can push yourself and others

  • Selling window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and permanent lighting installations to our awesome clients

  • Managing the day to day operations of your crew, ensuring that things run efficiently, and that your crew is performing work to our standard

  • Effectively communicating between your crew, and the client; to ensure nothing is lost in translation, and the clients expectations are something we can confidently deliver

  • We specialize in providing a very high level of service to our clients. We are looking for people who are friendly and detail-oriented who take pride in their work

Who You Are:

  • You do NOT need experience window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and permanent lighting installations

  • You must be comfortable working on extension ladders

  • Any experience in the home service industry is an asset (Painting, landscaping, carpet cleaning, Christmas lights etc.)

  • You must be Hard-working, Hungry & Humble. We hire for attitude & character and we train for skill

Compensation:

Commission + Paid bonuses (Quality, and reviews) + Tips from homeowners
