We are seeking a bright, detail-oriented
Vendor Management & Onboarding Coordinator
to manage end-to-end vendor onboarding and ensure robust, accurate processes. The ideal candidate takes ownership, works independently, and communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Vendor Management & Onboarding Coordinator

Location:
Toronto, ON – Onsite, 5 days/week

Employment Type:
Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor onboarding, verification, and setup in collaboration with Finance, IT, and Procurement.
  • Follow up internally and externally to resolve issues and confirm payment readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Communicate with executives, managers, and team members regarding vendor requests.
  • Take ownership of tasks, manage time effectively, and resolve urgent issues independently.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or early career professional with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel (IF statements, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Process-oriented, independent, and proactive.
