Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Operations for our Solar Division. This leadership role is critical in driving operational excellence and strategic growth within the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the solar industry, coupled with exceptional management and leadership skills to guide our operations team towards achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Solar Division, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business development and operational performance.
  • Lead senior leadership initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Manage project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of solar projects while adhering to quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners to optimize costs and enhance service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices that drive operational success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Proven experience in management within the renewable energy sector, particularly solar operations.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities, with a track record of successful implementation of business strategies.
  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience, effectively managing diverse teams and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in business development, identifying growth opportunities within the solar market.
