About this Opportunity
The Director, Total Rewards provides strategic leadership and operational direction for MNBC's total rewards portfolio, encompassing compensation, payroll, benefits, wellness, and performance programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, People & Culture, this role ensures that MNBC's programs are equitable, competitive, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals and guiding principle of KAA-WIICHIHITOYAAHK – We take care of each other.
The Director leads a team that includes the Compensation and Performance Programs, Senior Manager and Payroll & Benefits, Senior Manager, providing direction, support, and integration across multiple programs to enhance employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.
