Job Description: Accounts Payable

Bills Processing

Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices from vendors.

Ensuring invoices are accurate and complete.

Coding invoices for proper accounting entries.

Communicating with Inno's purchaser regarding any discrepancy in PO and invoice.

Payment Processing:

Preparing and processing payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, or other methods.

Ensuring payments are made on time and in accordance with vendor terms.

Reconciling payments with vendor statements.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments, and vendor information.

Filing and organizing documents.

Vendor Relations

Communicating with vendors to resolve issues or answer questions.

Maintaining good vendor relationships.

Other Ad-hoc:

Preparing the supporting document for invoices generated at fiscal year-end for audit or review purposes

Assisting Senior accounting team and other department's inquiry.

Qualifications and skills:

· Two years of experience in managing full cycle of accounting

· Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

· Extensive data entry, record-keeping, and computer operation

· Experienced in ERP system is a must

· Exceptional attention to details, time management skills, and the ability to meet tight deadline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
