**Desired Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes**
- Pursuing an accounting degree or designation
- Exposure to personal tax preparation an asset
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good with numbers, figures, and an analytical acumen.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Works efficiently independently or within a team environment
- Works well under the supervision of other team members
- Possess a positive “can do” attitude

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of T1 Individual, T2 Corporate and T3 estate tax returns with oversight from senior staff
- Actively listens and ask questions related to the role to senior staff
- Bookkeeping and financial statement preparation at a compilation engagement level, with oversight and assistance from senior staff
- Double check your work to detect errors or inefficiencies prior to submission for review
