Duties

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, ensuring all food handling practices meet sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently, including upselling additional items when appropriate.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Perform cashier duties as needed, handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations within the food industry.
• Experience in restaurant or food service settings is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency in cashiering duties, including handling cash and processing payments accurately.
• A helpful attitude towards team members and customers alike, fostering a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
