JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop complete range of food preparation and cooking techniques per Five Guys online videos and adherence to the Five Guys Operations Manual.
  • Excels in performing essentials tasks including order taker/dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks, and cashier.
  • Understand proper food handling and food safety standards (Steritech), and local health department standards.
  • Maintains friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensures an unsurpassed guest experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.
  • Ensures the restaurant is up to company standards with regards to cleanliness, neatness, and guest accessibility. Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
  • Completes all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Summary

As a Crew Member, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within the restaurant. Reporting to the shift supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in food service, cashiering, and food safety to assist customers and handle transactions efficiently. Your premium skills in time management and familiarity with POS systems will enhance the overall dining experience. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic math
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to operate POS systems, including Micros POS
  • Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in food preparation and serving techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
