Job Summary:
The aesthetician will provide high-quality skincare services and treatments to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform skincare consultations with clients to assess their individual skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Perform a range of skincare treatments and services, including laser hair removal, body contouring, skin rejuvenation, hydrafacials, microneedling procedures.
- Receive clients' calls and book appointments when needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment plans in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work well the high-tech equipment used at the facility (Alma Laser Technology)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, products, and treatments to ensure that clients receive the most current and effective services.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid aesthetician license in the province of Ontario.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to DermaNiche policies and procedures.
- Nursing license and training in administering Botox and fillers would be a plus.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to use the treatment equipment for an extended period of time.

Working Conditions:

- Competitive compensation.
- May be required to work in shifts (uptill 8pm and weekends).
- May be exposed to chemicals and other skincare products.
- May be required to wear personal protective equipment, such as gloves and masks.

Schedule:

- Day shifts
- Afternoon shifts
- Weekend shifts

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
