Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. Duties

Flatbed

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track shipments and optimize routes.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of shipments and deliveries.
  • Analyze transportation data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and any changes or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) providers to ensure seamless logistics processes.
  • Monitor the performance of transportation operations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess transportation data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Avaal (AFM) or similar software is essential
  • Experience with LoadBoard & Loadlink
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is preferred
  • Previous experience in transportation management or logistics is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
