Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
  • Laundry and linen management, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
  • Organize cluttered spaces to improve functionality and appearance
  • Prepare light meals or snacks as needed (nice-to-have skill)
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
  • Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition and report any issues promptly
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus but not required
  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to perform light cooking and laundry tasks as part of the cleaning service (nice-to-have)
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with clients
  • Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties effectively
