Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality residential cleaning services to ensure our clients' homes are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order. Prior experience in cleaning is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer paid time between jobs, extra pay for weekend shifts, flexible hours and more.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests

Skills

  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential environments
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to perform extra duties efficiently and accurately (ex. washing dishes, or cleaning an outdoor deck area)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills to build positive client relationships
  • Work well independently Or with others
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
  • MUST OWN A RELIABLE CAR/HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE
  • Criminal Record Check REQUIRED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
