We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Expert to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in residential properties as well as Vacation Rental Cleans. This includes laundry, fast paced environment and very detail oriented. Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas

- Make beds and change linens

- Laundry (washing and drying) of linens and towels for vacation rentals

- Organize and declutter rooms (general tidy)

- Follow specific instructions provided by clients regarding cleaning preferences

- Follow Turn Clean protocols and expectations

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction

-Communicate effectively with management and staff

- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes using our method

Requirements:

- Fluent in English

- Reliable Transportation

- Trustworthy with no Criminal Record

- Be able to pay for and pass a Criminal Record Check

- Ability to use apps related to communication and scheduling as the job requires

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients

- Previous experience in residential cleaning or vacation rental cleaning preferred, however training will be provided as we have a specific way of doing things

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

- Attention to detail IS A MUST to ensure high-quality cleaning results

Pay & Bonuses:

-All Turn Clean cleaners start between $20-$22.50 (dependent on experience) for the first three months; then will receive a raise.
