What You'll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
  • Develop strategies to drive client success, meet objectives, and exceed expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, etc.) to deliver seamless service
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring everything is on track
  • Provide regular reporting to clients on campaign performance and progress
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing expert advice
  • Collaborate on new business development opportunities and upsell additional services

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client services
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to think strategically and propose solutions to client challenges
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • A degree or relevant experience in marketing, business, or communications is an asset
