Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ontario with flexibility to work from home on office days. The Ontario Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for building and managing customer relationships, conducting sales activities to achieve revenue goals, and providing in-field training and support to dealers and distributors. Additional responsibilities include promoting product lines, identifying new market opportunities, and representing the company at trade events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Field Service and Training, with the ability to provide hands-on product demonstrations and support.
  • Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills, prioritizing client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Proven Sales experience, including identifying opportunities, managing sales cycles, and achieving targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with problem-solving abilities to meet client needs effectively.
  • Knowledge of the low voltage/security or electrical industry and familiarity with related products is an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Central Ontario region.
  • Ability to effectively manage and organize time independently to maximize efforts to be highly productive in and out of the field.
  • Must be highly motivated and self driven to meet and create the daily demands of the business.
