Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Technical Recruiter
with 2–3 years of experience supporting
IT services and consulting organizations
. The role involves managing technical hiring activities, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver qualified talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the
    complete technical recruitment lifecycle
    , ensuring timely and quality hiring for consulting engagements
  • Collaborate with account managers, sales teams, and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule technical and client interviews
  • Manage candidate communication, feedback, and follow-ups
  • Support offer discussions and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in
    technical recruitment
    within
    IT services or consulting firms
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

  • Exposure to different staffing or engagement models
  • Exposure to
    HR administrative tasks
    related to recruitment and onboarding
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management tools
