The Opportunity
We're seeking a
Technical Recruiter
to join our Montreal-based delivery team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing candidates for contract and direct-hire opportunities in the technology sector. You'll work closely with account managers and delivery leads to ensure timely fulfillment of client requisitions, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles using various channels and tools.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit based on client requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate records and activity logs in Bullhorn.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand job orders and prioritize recruitment efforts.
- Generate candidate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to shared recruitment goals.
- Support cross-functional recruitment efforts across national practices when needed.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus).
- A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality candidate experiences.

Recruteur(e) technique
pour rejoindre notre équipe de livraison à Montréal. Ce rôle consiste à identifier, engager et gérer des candidats pour des postes contractuels et permanents dans le secteur technologique. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos gestionnaires de comptes et nos responsables de livraison pour répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients.
Vos responsabilités
- Rechercher et présélectionner des candidats qualifiés pour des rôles techniques.
- Mener des entrevues et évaluer l'adéquation des candidats selon les exigences des clients.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers et les activités des candidats dans Bullhorn.
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de comptes pour comprendre les besoins et prioriser les efforts de recrutement.
- Générer des pistes de candidats par le réseautage, les références et la prospection.
- Participer aux réunions d'équipe hebdomadaires et contribuer aux objectifs communs.
- Soutenir les efforts de recrutement interfonctionnels au besoin.
Ce que vous apportez
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement technique ou en dotation.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs postes simultanément et à respecter des délais serrés.
- Connaissance des systèmes de suivi des candidatures (Bullhorn est un atout).
