Production Line Operator

JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Line Operators to join our team In this role, you'll be part of a fast-paced production environment, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure our products meet the highest levels of performance.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Operate production lines for packaged materials, including concrete mixes, grouts, and other products.
  • Monitor machinery, screens, and cameras to detect and resolve production issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Work closely with the floor supervisor to prioritize daily production needs.
  • Add materials ("hand adds") into mixers as required.
  • Clean mixers and production lines between product runs.
  • Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment stays in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) to test and verify products meet company standards.
  • Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Safety-conscious and dependable team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is an asset but not required — we provide training
