Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for processing orders and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. l
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills during busy shifts to maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending or food service role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$17.25 per hour
