The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a key member of our team, you will craft drinks, serve customers, and ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop a deep knowledge of scottish single malt whisky and hospitality operations within a lively setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
  • Ensure responsible serving by monitoring alcohol consumption and adhering to legal regulations
  • Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
  • Uphold food safety standards related to food handling and sanitation protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent hospitality experiences
  • Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple customers promptly

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Touch Bistro
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
  • Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for guests

Pay: $17.20-$32.64 per hour
