**Job Title**: Banquet Server / Bartender

Nestled among historic landscapes in the heart of Niagara, **Royal Niagara Golf Club** is a ‘must play’ experience of three 9-hole courses. Lying between the historic Welland Canal, the beautiful Bruce Trail, and the Niagara Escarpment, Royal Niagara is a stunning golf course to experience.

Showcase your service and organization strengths as a **banquet server/bartender**, where your attention to detail, safety and quality will help “set the stage” for a successful group function.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Deliver meals to the guests.
- Be prepared to cover other areas: glasswasher, cashier.
- Cooperate with all staff to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service area.
- Assist in bussing of tables after functions.
- Lift and store tables, chairs and staging efficiently and safely.
- Set-up, maintain and breakdown banquet/meeting rooms.
- Follow directions from banquet event orders for assigned banquet/meeting requirements.
- Report needed repairs of unsafe equipment and or conditions.
- Follow banquet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Valid Smart Serve certification.
- 1 year server experience, preferred
- 1 year bartending experience, preferred
