Responsabilités
- Collaborer avec les dirigeants pour définir et mettre en œuvre la vision, la stratégie et les plans opérationnels de Flow Studio et des capacités de révision
- Développer et gérer des feuilles de route produit réalisables, en donnant la priorité aux flux de travail et aux améliorations ayant un impact significatif, tout en gérant les risques et les dépendances
- Agir en tant que responsable en contact avec la clientèle, en communiquant régulièrement avec les clients et les partenaires pour les informer et valider la stratégie produit, en veillant à ce que leurs besoins orientent la direction prise par le produit
- Collaborer avec les chefs de produit, les Scrum Masters, les concepteurs UX, les développeurs et autres chefs de produit afin de garantir une intégration transparente des capacités d'examen et de création de contenu dans tous les outils
- Mener une recherche et une validation continues auprès des clients afin d'informer le développement itératif et de maximiser l'impact
- Suivre les tendances mondiales en matière de production de contenu et de technologie, en maintenant une connaissance concurrentielle et en guidant l'innovation
- Développer une stratégie communautaire pour les développeurs, en encourageant l'engagement et les commentaires des artistes de production et des développeurs
- Traduire les besoins des clients et les défis techniques en cartes narratives et solutions concrètes, en guidant les priorités de développement
- Évaluer la technologie fournie par le développement en termes de réalisation technique, de performances, de qualité et de conformité
Qualifications Minimales
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion ou le développement de produits, avec une exposition significative aux médias et au divertissement (longs métrages, animation ou cadres et méthodologies de développement de jeux)
- Licence en commerce, ingénierie, informatique ou expérience équivalente
- Expérience avérée dans le domaine de l'apprentissage automatique, avec une solide expertise en vision par ordinateur, en infographie ou en IA générative
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de production Autodesk, de Flow Studio et des solutions et workflows d'IA concurrentiels utilisés dans les pipelines VFX, d'animation ou de jeux
- Capacité avérée à collaborer entre les équipes et les organisations pour fournir des solutions intégrées
- Capacité à synthétiser des données provenant de plusieurs sources, à faire des compromis difficiles et à établir des priorités de manière efficace
- Solides compétences verbales, écrites et de présentation, capables d'impliquer à la fois les parties prenantes exécutives et les clients externes

Position Overview
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our Media & Entertainment team, focusing on next-generation AI solutions for Autodesk Flow Studio (formerly Wonder Studio), our state-of-the-art AI-powered VFX platform. This role will report into the Senior Director of the Flow Studio Team.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge customer needs and engineering requirements, champion transformative features, and drive the future of productivity and creativity in media production.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders to define and execute the vision, strategy, and operational plans for Flow Studio and review capabilities
- Develop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing impactful workflows and enhancements while managing risks and dependencies
- Act as the customer-facing leader, engaging regularly with customers and partners to inform and validate product strategy, ensuring their needs drive product direction
- Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, Developers, and other product managers to ensure seamless integration of review and content creation capabilities across all tools
- Conduct ongoing customer discovery and validation to inform iterative development and maximize impact
- Track global trends in content production and technology, maintaining competitive knowledge and guiding innovation
- Cultivate a developer community strategy, fostering engagement and feedback from production artists and developers
- Translate customer needs and technical challenges into actionable story maps and solutions, guiding development priorities
- Evaluate technology delivered by development for technical completion, performance, quality, and compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management or development, with significant exposure to media & entertainment (feature film, animation, or game development frameworks and methodologies)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in machine learning, with strong expertise in computer vision, computational graphics, or generative AI
- Proficiency with Autodesk Production Management tools, Flow Studio and competitive AI solutions and workflows used in VFX, Animation, or Game pipelines
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and organizations to deliver integrated solutions
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, make difficult trade-offs, and prioritize effectively
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of engaging both executive stakeholders and external customers
- Adept at breaking down complex ideas into concise, impactful insights for diverse audiences
- Track record of delivering ML models into production environments, ideally in media, entertainment, or creative tech
- Commitment to ethical AI development and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing projects in a large organization and working in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Experience with web development on industry-scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with statistical analytics platforms and concepts
- Familiarity with 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, or real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya) is a plus

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,400 and $244,860. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
