Good.What You'll Actually Do (besides be awesome):People & Culture LeadershipBuild high-performing, low-ego teams that want to show up to work every day.Coach, mentor, and empower leaders at all levels because you know that trust > micromanagement.Create a culture where feedback flows, people grow, and no one hoards knowledge like it's their grandma's secret recipe.Address performance issues early, directly, and with empathy because conflict is fine, drama is not.Model the behaviour you expect from others.
