Landscape Maintenance Manager (Year-Round, Long-Term)

Southern Interior Landscaping is seeking to hire a Landscape Maintenance Manager to join our long-term, year-round team. This role is ideal for someone with a horticultural or landscape maintenance background who wants to step into a leadership role with massive room for growth in responsibility, influence, and earnings.

This is NOT a short-term or seasonal position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career and grow with the company.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate directly with clients and property managers
  • Conduct site visits and property inspections
  • Prepare landscape maintenance estimates and scopes of work
  • Coordinate scheduling for maintenance crews
  • Support field teams and maintain service quality
  • Identify additional work and improvement opportunities
  • Keep organized service notes and schedules

Who We're Looking For

  • Background in horticulture, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping
  • Solid understanding of the trade (pruning, turf, seasonal maintenance, irrigation basics, etc.)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing schedules
  • Willing to learn, take on responsibility, and grow within the company
  • Valid driver's license

Management experience is an asset, but not required.

Compensation, Growth & Work-Life Balance

  • Starting salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (minimum to start - negotiable depending on experience).
  • 12-month, year-round employment with secured salary
