Broadview Landscape Inc is an energetic growing company in the Landscape and construction industry. We are looking for a motivated individual with a goal orientated mindset and attitude. We are looking for someone who wants to take an opportunity and grow with the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee operations
- Work with the Management to identify and resolve all concerns and obstacles
- Communicate and maintain positive relationships with carriers, 3PL (third-party logistics) companies, customers, and other third-party vendors
- Effectively communicate with customers and carriers on any changes as necessary in a proactive manner
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain, improve, and enforce operation standards, including safety procedure
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Contribute to business development by analysing logístical problems and proposing new solutions
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
- Maintains services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Minimum 5-years of experience managing a team
- Minimum 3 years of Construction/ Landscape experience
- Ability to work is fast passed environment
- Strong detailed oriented, analytic, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and or/ collaborative
- Ability to take initiative and innovate
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt
- QuickBooks experience - A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, and reports.
- Knowledge of year end reporting.
- Able to understand supervisor and willing to learn various skills either on the job or externally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
