Our client is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting as part of their growing team.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting plays a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and managing the day-to-day accounting functions within a high growth environment. This leader will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, oversee all accounting functions including revenue recognition, cost accounting, inventory management, accounts payable/receivable and compliance. This position will have strong analytical skills, be detailed oriented, be a self-starter, self-motivated and intensely curious about how things work. The Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting will drive process improvements, ensure internal controls, and partner cross-functionally to support business growth. Project management, setting goals and delivering against expectations are key to success for this role.

Requirements

  • CA, CPA designation with 8+ years progressive accounting/finance experience with 3+ years in Senior Manager/Director role or equivalent
  • Must have food & beverage or US CPG experience
  • Audit and/or public accounting background is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills to develop creative solutions to business issues or opportunities
  • Must have strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, & initiative to drive improvement efforts
  • Additional experience in an entrepreneurial environment is ideal, and a self-starter mindset in a virtual work-from-home environment is fundamental
