We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Conduct data entry to update customer records and transaction details efficiently
  • Perform analysis of customer interactions to identify opportunities for upselling and improved service
  • Assist in sales processes by promoting relevant products or services through effective upselling techniques
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Support multilingual communication needs by switching seamlessly between English and Spanish as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles emphasizing communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data for insights and opportunities
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
