Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated
Sales Support Specialist
who thrives on building strong relationships, supporting team success, and contributing to business growth. In this role, you'll work closely with both our Sales and Support teams to streamline processes, assist with customer engagement, strengthen client relationships, and help us convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You will be a key connector between teams - ensuring customers feel supported, sales opportunities progress smoothly, and internal operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, proposal preparation, client follow-ups, and opportunity management.
Assist the Support team in coordinating customer communication, gathering information, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Collaborate across departments to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities don't fall through the cracks.
Track, update, and maintain CRM data to keep sales pipelines accurate and up to date.
Work with leadership to identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experience.
Support marketing initiatives where needed (events, campaigns, outreach lists, etc.).
Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives by driving momentum and improving customer engagement.
