Nanny Position – Long-Term (Immediate Start to Fall 2026)

We are seeking a nurturing, reliable, and experienced nanny to support a family with two young children: an energetic 18-month-old boy and a 2-month-old baby girl. This is a long-term position beginning immediately and continuing through Fall 2026.

The role will initially focus on caring for the toddler while providing hands-on support to mom as she transitions back to work. As the baby grows and mom's schedule changes, the role will naturally evolve into caring for both children. The family is looking for someone who is adaptable, communicative, and comfortable growing with the family over time.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing attentive, age-appropriate care for an 18-month-old toddler
  • Supporting mom with newborn care (feeding support, soothing, light baby-related tasks)
  • Gradually transitioning to care for both children as mom returns to work
  • Planning and engaging in developmental activities, play, and outings for the toddler
  • Maintaining nap routines and daily schedules
  • Preparing simple meals/snacks for the children
  • Light child-related housekeeping (tidying play areas, children's laundry, bottle washing)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience caring for infants 2-12 months old and toddlers is required
  • Is patient, nurturing, and confident supporting a newborn and a busy toddler
  • Is flexible and comfortable with a role that will evolve over time
  • Communicates clearly and works well alongside a parent in the home
  • Is reliable and seeking a long-term position

Hours & Compensation:

  • Pay: $20-$22/hr
  • Monday–Friday 9am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
