Ongoing, consistent, casual position:

MWF 10:30am - 12:00pm with multiple infants and multiple Nannies.

Downtown office building.

January 5 - March 13, 2025.

Part-time Nanny for Family 1:

MWF 8:00am - 5:00pm

12 month old and 4 year old; no pets.

East St.Paul

Start January 12, August 30, 2026

Part-time Nanny for Family 2:

Tue/Thur, or flexible for 2 other 8 hours days

9 month old with allergies; cat in home.

Corydon Area

Start Date: January 5 - March 31, 2026.

Part-time Nanny for Family 3:

Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 11:00am, with possibility for additional hours occasionally.

1 year old, very active girl; 1 Goldendoodle in the home

Tuxedo Area

Start Date: January 5 - July 31, 2026

Part-time Nanny for Family 4:

Schedule TBD, generally after 3pm

10 year old autistic, non-verbal boy

Charleswood

Start Date: January 5, 2026, on-going, possibly into full-time in the summer

Casual Daytime Care:

Various families, as needed, daytime and evening time, various ages.

The Nanny Company is seeking kind, reliable, and experienced Nannies to support wonderful Winnipeg families in casual long-term roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a home where parents are actively involved and values are shared. These positions are immediate openings, with the opportunity for long-term placements.

You'll work alongside collaborative and caring families who are looking for Nannies that feel like part of the team, someone who can bring warmth, structure, can lead the day with confidence, and create meaningful routines and outings.

We require availability Monday thru Friday during the daytime, with flexible schedules.

Wages for these positions start at $17.00/hour and increase based on experience and relevant education.

About the Roles:

- Part-time and casual, long-term (immediate start date)

- Care for kids in a home with friendly family pets.

- Some household tasks like child-focused laundry and keeping the kitchen tidy

- Lead outings and adventures with child

- Occasional travel opportunities.

- Must be comfortable working alongside parents who are home part of the time

What We're Looking For:

- At least 2 years of childcare (infant to preteen) experience

- CPR/First Aid certified

- Clear Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Checks

- Own a vehicle and a driver's license is a MUST.

- Have at least 2 full weekday days available.

- Someone responsible, proactive, and genuinely passionate about working with children

- Must be confident with pets and outdoor play
