Kingston Honda is looking to expand its sales team to help handle the ever-increasing customer traffic, as we become busier than ever. We have an immediate opening for the right candidate that fits our business philosophy and family-like atmosphere. Just read our sales related Google reviews
Here's what you'll deliver:
- Selling and leasing new vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.
- Providing exceptional service to visiting customers.
- Building long-lasting relationships and repeat customers.
- Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programs.
- Keep abreast of new equipment, features and tools available and recommend purchases.
- Account for all documents; ensure that none are missing.
- Other duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed:
- Previous automotive sales experience (not required)
- Customer service experience required.
- Strong customer relations skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills; digital and social media experience an asset.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
- Must have a valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license with clean record.
- Must have valid OMVIC license or are willing to attain an OMVIC license.
- Must have ability to work Saturdays as scheduled.
- Conduct sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations.
