Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for automotive care. As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance of our vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure the best results without damaging vehicle surfaces.
  • Conduct detailing tasks such as shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and polishing chrome fixtures.
  • Inspect vehicles for any damages or required repairs and report findings to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Assist with window tinting as needed and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields such as janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with car wash techniques and products used in automotive care.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this position.
