The Store Facilities Team is an integral part of lululemon, ensuring that our stores are kept in luxury condition for our guests. We take pride in getting s**t done, being a key resource for our stores, and our cross-functional partners. a day in the life: what you'll do
The Facilities Specialist is responsible leveraging their repairs & maintenance experience to support our stores and maintain them to a luxury condition. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of emergency and non-emergency repairs and service calls as the primary responsibility.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Respond to all repair & maintenance questions from stores
- Analyze proposals to ensure cost and scope meets the needed scope of repair
- Use previous experience and mechanical aptitude to validate troubleshooting and diagnoses performed by on-site technicians
- Ensure repair timeline SLAs are met
- Implement new internal programs and pilots under the guidance of the Senior Managers, and provide feedback as programs develop and grow
qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in facilities maintenance
- Working knowledge of retail environment
- Versatile with capacity and capabilities to manage multiple projects
- Possess organizational, time management, and trouble-shooting competence
- Superb communication skills - verbal and written

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300 - $72,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
