Responsibilities

Time in each responsibility will vary dependent upon location.

  1. Provide direct clinical care with moderate supervision
  2. Provide consultation, and develop and maintain positive relationships with church leaders 
  3. Ensure legal, ethical and policy compliance
  4. Identify and develop community resources 
  5.  Responsible for own continued professional development
  6. Protects and ensures client confidentiality
  7. Develop and fulfill 'whole area service plan', including traveling to outlying areas and overnight as needed, working evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilités

  3. Assurer la conformité aux exigences légales, éthiques et aux politiques en vigueur.

  4. Identifier et développer les ressources communautaires.

  5. Être responsable de son propre perfectionnement professionnel continu.

  6. Protéger et assurer la confidentialité des clients.

  7. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le « plan de service pour l'ensemble du secteur », ce qui comprend les déplacements dans les régions éloignées et, au besoin, des séjours à l'extérieur, ainsi que du travail en soirée, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés, selon les besoins.

Qualifications

1. Masters' degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology or related degree that leads to clinical licensure
2. Hold and maintain current independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or other clinical licensure)
3. Minimum of 2 years post masters' professional experience.
4. Work towards ability to provide clinical supervision of others pursuing clinical licensure
5. Demonstrate basic clinical skills and receptiveness to feedback.
6. Current employees must have 'met' or 'exceeded' expectations in the previous two years' year-end evaluations.
 

Qualifications requises:

  1. Maîtrise en travail social, en thérapie conjugale et familiale, en psychologie du counseling ou dans un domaine connexe menant à un permis d'exercice clinique.

  2. Détenir et maintenir un permis clinique indépendant en vigueur (travailleur social clinicien, thérapeute conjugal et familial, conseiller professionnel agréé ou autre permis clinique équivalent).

  3. Posséder un minimum de deux (2) années d'expérience professionnelle après l'obtention de la maîtrise.

  4. Travailler en vue d'obtenir la capacité d'offrir la supervision clinique à d'autres personnes en voie d'obtenir leur permis clinique.

  5. Démontrer des compétences cliniques de base et une ouverture à la rétroaction.

  6. Les employés actuels doivent avoir atteint ou dépassé les attentes lors des évaluations de rendement de fin d'année des deux dernières années.
