Test Engineer
, you'll own and optimize processes that shape the future of MEMS innovation.
What You'll Do
- Own and improve manufacturing test processes for MEMS devices
- Develop and optimize test methods for new product development
- Maintain and enhance production databases and test programs
- Troubleshoot and integrate processes with cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement to boost yield and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation protocols
- Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues
- Qualify and maintain test equipment for peak performance
- Support smooth transitions from development to manufacturing
- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and supervisors to solve problems
What You Need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
- Required: 2+ years of test/probe experience in MEMS or semiconductor industry
- Required: Knowledge of test technologies, processes, and tools
- Advantage: Familiarity with optics and cameras
- Advantage: Programming skills (Python, LabVIEW, C#, SQL)
- Advantage: Understanding of statistical analysis and design of experiments
