Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk/ Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to ensure a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally during check-in and check-out
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  • Operate the property management system and handle cash, credit, and billing transactions
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
  • Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and Wyndham Rewards program
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies at all times

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; PMS experience is an asset
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
