We're looking for a driven and professional Commercial Property Manager to join our Saskatoon REMS team. In this role you'll be responsible for the full scope of property management for a portfolio of commercial assets on behalf of Colliers' clients. This includes overseeing operations, maintaining physical assets and ensuring strong financial performance—all in alignment with management contracts and tenant lease agreements.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • A passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Ability to be registered under the Saskatchewan Real Estate Act; completion of education program for licensing considered an asset.
  • Professional education or designation in commercial real estate considered an asset (RPA, CPM).
  • Driver's license required.
