We're looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This person will keep daily operations running smoothly, support management, and ensure the office stays efficient and professional.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations

  • Manage phones, emails, and general correspondence
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Keep the office tidy, organised, and presentable

2. Administration & Documentation

  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and small internal events

3. Support for Management & Staff

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and organizing paperwork
  • Support basic HR documentation
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, calendars, and team events

4. Finance & Coordination

  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and receipt tracking
  • Update basic financial logs and administrative records
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability

What We Offer

  • $55,000–$64,000 annual salary (based on experience)
  • Monday to Friday schedule
