Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Vancouver

Medical Aesthetics | Capital Equipment + Skin Science | High-Upside Territory

This is not a coverage role.

This is not a "drop by, smile, and check a box" sales job.

This role is built for someone who wants
true territory ownership
, real influence with physicians, and upside tied directly to execution.

The Role: Area Sales Manager – Vancouver

Key characteristics:

  • True territory ownership across Vancouver and surrounding markets
  • Heavy exposure to
    core dermatology and plastic surgery physicians
  • Less grind-for-the-sake-of-grind travel than traditional territory roles
  • Capital equipment focus supported by consumables and skin science

This is
not a ceiling role
. High performers are intentionally developed toward
District Sales Manager (DSM)
responsibilities within approximately
12–18 months
, based on performance and leadership behaviors.

Compensation & Upside

  • Base salary:
    $80,000+
  • Car allowance
  • 3 weeks' vacation
  • Full benefits
  • Uncapped commission
  • No ramp period
  • 2026 OTE projected just under $500,000
  • Accelerators in development to further reward overperformance

This role is for someone who wants upside tied directly to results.

Infrastructure & Support

You will not be left on an island.

Each ASM is supported by:

  • A
    Business Development Manager (BDM)
    actively generating and advancing opportunities
  • A
    Skin Science teammate
    supporting outcomes, recovery, and long-term practice growth

This structure allows you to focus on
high-value selling, physician relationships, and strategic territory development
, not cold prospecting alone.

  • Highly aligned with dermatology, plastic surgery, and high-end medspas
  • Supported by an integrated
    skin science and regenerative portfolio
    (pre-, peri-, and post-procedure)
