About AI Future Leaders

AI Future Leaders is an AI Leadership and Learning Academy focused on helping organizations and professionals turn AI potential into measurable impact. We work at the intersection of AI strategy, applied AI systems, and responsible adoption. Our work spans AI agents, no-code automation, executive education, and real-world AI applications designed to deliver ROI.

We believe AI literacy, hands-on capability, and ethical deployment are essential leadership skills for the future of work.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated
AI / Data Science Intern

You will work closely with our leadership team and contribute directly to proprietary AI applications used in real-world contexts.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants practical experience building, testing, and explaining AI systems. Not just studying them.

What You'll Do

  • Validate performance, accuracy, and reliability across use cases
  • Contribute to technical documentation, model architecture, and evaluation metrics

Content & Knowledge Creation

  • Collaborate with our leadership team to create AI-related content. Blogs, tutorials, documentation, use cases, and white papers
  • Help translate complex technical ideas into clear, accessible insights

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to surface insights and trends
  • Support dashboards and reporting for AI agent performance and content initiatives

Research & Innovation

  • Track emerging research and tools across AI, ML, LLMs, and agentic systems
  • Experiment with new methods, frameworks, and workflows to improve products and processes

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in or self-directed study related to Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and statistical concepts
  • Proficiency in Python or a comparable data science language
  • Experience or exposure to NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, RAG systems, or AI agents is a strong plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience with AI agents and LLM-powered systems
  • Mentorship from experienced AI and technology leaders
  • Portfolio-ready technical and content work
  • Exposure to real-world AI strategy, governance, and applied use cases
  • Potential pathway to future roles or extended collaboration

Compensation

This is an
unpaid internship
designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and portfolio-ready work in applied AI and data science.
