Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for a Data Science Engineer, based in Toronto, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will be responsible for developing and maintaining data processes, designing data models, working on Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines, managing data warehousing solutions, and conducting data analyses. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data integration, processing, and utilization for AI-driven marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Engineering and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
- Experience in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing
- Strong skills in Data Analytics and interpreting results to inform strategy
- Proficient in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python, SQL, or similar
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems or interest in AI and marketing is an asset
