- Oversee trust accounting for property management and condominium operations, ensuring full compliance with RECA standards.
- Coordinate annual RECA trust audits and support external auditors with required schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.
- Review condominium corporation financial statements before distribution to boards and ensure all scheduled deliverables are met.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with property management software.
- Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and refine financial workflows and systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and divisions.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multiple priorities, and complex financial environments.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA designation or 8+ years of experience in field
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
