Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Service Technician/Mechanic who brings professionalism, curiosity, and pride to their work. You'll work across multiple service areas, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute ideas that help improve how we operate.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and systems
  • Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
  • Work across multiple service areas rather than a narrow specialty
  • Identify and implement smarter, more efficient solutions
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
  • Complete service documentation accurately and consistently
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to company standards
  • Train/Mentor Junior Technicians

Training, Innovation & Industry Involvement

  • Ongoing hands-on training across multiple areas of the industry
  • Winter training opportunities in the USA with industry leaders, manufacturers, and advanced operations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of service technician experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
  • Desire to grow beyond a single specialty
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
