Duties

  • Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation

  • Manage POS systems such as Micros POS and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Support food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, including interviewing and onboarding new staff

  • Coordinate food handling and kitchen activities to optimize efficiency
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with supervising experience
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to oversee food handling, serving, and kitchen operations seamlessly
  • Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
  • Familiarity with restaurant industry best practices and hospitality standards
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
