What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and closing new business through outside sales
- Building trusted, long-term client relationships
- Assessing risk and presenting smart insurance solutions
- Confidently explaining coverage and policy options
- Negotiating premiums and coverage terms
- Managing your own sales pipeline and book of business
- Representing A-KAN Insurance in the Red Deer community
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience (insurance preferred)
- Strong communicator with a hunter mindset
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and networking
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- General Insurance Level 1 License (required)
- Bilingual or multilingual is a plus

Location: Red Deer Region ( 100% remote with occasional visit to head office in Edmonton )
