We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose all systems including engine, fuel, electrical, driveline and hydraulic systems on ALL makes/models of tractor-trailers and mounted equipment
  • Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on ALL makes/models of tractor-trailers and mounted equipment
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately
  • Perform CVIP Inspections, listing repairs and parts required
  • Non related CVIP repairs
  • Takes ownership of their jobs
  • Conduct regular maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • Certified Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Duty On-Road/Off-Road/Oilfield Mechanic
  • Dealership experience an asset, Cummins, CAT, Detroit, Paccar, IHC, Mercedes
  • Class 1 driver's license would be considered an asset but not required
  • CVIP Certified
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy of all work orders, reports, etc.
  • Positive approach to fix right the first time, true team player, NO bad habits
  • Clean driver's abstract
  • Reliable and committed to delivering quality performance everyday
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willing and able to work overtime when asked
