  • Lead and mentor a team of techs & apprentices
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and inspections with accuracy
  • Work closely with our Service Advisor to ensure smooth communication

  • Deliver quality workmanship our community can rely on
  • Help build a positive, respectful, drama-free shop culture

What You Bring

  • Journeyman Automotive Service Technician (required)
  • Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

Signing Bonus and Perks

  • $1,000–$2,000 signing bonus depending on experience
  • Paid out after 3 months of successful employment
  • Monthly shop performance based bonuses available after 3 months
