**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and mentor a team of techs & apprentices
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and inspections with accuracy
- Work closely with our Service Advisor to ensure smooth communication

- Help build a positive, respectful, drama-free shop culture

**What You Bring**
- **Journeyman Automotive Service Technician (required)**:

- Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership mindset — patient, supportive, and organized

- Valid driver’s licence

**Signing Bonus and Perks**
- $1,000-$2,000 signing bonus depending on experience
- Paid out after 3 months of successful employment
- Monthly shop performance based bonuses available after 3 months

Pay: $40.00-$48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
